Improve speed, running efficiency and race execution. Building a solid base of pace and confidence.

Balance speed and endurance. Focused on consistency, rhythm and mental control.

Half Marathon-SUB 1H 25'

Develop aerobic strength and fueling strategy. Learning how to manage effort over longer distances.
